Refund Policy

The customer should notify Paragon Team about refund request by sending an email to The email should be sent from the email ID registered in Paragon Digicom System. The request should be written in English and clearly state the reason of termination & refund. The request should also mention the bank details / USDT / Paypal ID where the refund should be transferred. Upon receiving this request Finance team will deduct all unpaid subscription fees & used minutes up until the date of the request. The remaining amount shall be refunded to the bank account / USDT / Paypal mentioned in the email. After the refund is executed the parties have no further liabilities to each other.
