Refund Policy

The customer should notify Paragon Team about refund request by sending an email to Finance@paragondigicom.com. The email should be sent from the email ID registered in Paragon Digicom System. The request should be written in English and clearly state the reason of termination & refund. The request should also mention the bank details / USDT / Paypal ID where the refund should be transferred. Upon receiving this request Finance team will deduct all unpaid subscription fees & used minutes up until the date of the request. The remaining amount shall be refunded to the bank account / USDT / Paypal mentioned in the email. After the refund is executed the parties have no further liabilities to each other.
